I was very hungry and depressed that day. I don’t want to hurt anyone personally. I have no contradiction with other. But it is a very serious matter what I am writing? We all know taking food for all is our one of the fundamental right , and nations development depend on it. Anyway come to the point that day I was very hungry I wrote. But I didn’t found any restaurant and food shop for my appetite. I felt very weak, lastly I bought a bread and biscuit and I have eaten these. After few hour when I again start to find restaurant, I heard that no restaurant will not open today. I wanted to know the cause and finally I knew from some people that today is checking day and that time also was checking going on. In that case all restaurant was closed. I thought why? I tried to know and asked some people is they maintain cleanliness? I have got my question. And it is also my question. I was curious. Some people were talking about this. Actually what I want to say where I am living?, there are so many students also living here for their studies. Their fighting each and every day for their study and living. In my journey of my university life whenever I went to take food I was depressed almost of every time. No restaurants maintain cleanliness. But whenever government come to check their quality and hygiene than that time they close their restaurant. It is simply showing that their cheating with all customers. If they maintain hygiene and cleanliness all time than they can easily face the inspection. Here no need to fear. Not only this area, I want to say about all restaurant. Cooking is an art. It is not so easy thing. Eating out day-by-day getting popular. We celebrates our special days and occasion with intake of restaurants food. Restaurants foods also have so many varieties. India have so many famous sheaf. They made themselves with hard work and practice. But when comes the matter of restaurants hygiene and cleanliness than there are so many negative impacts we can see. As far as I know waiter doesn’t properly serve food in clean crookeries and they doesn’t wash plate spoon, and others and they also use dirty water. Dirty water is the cause of various water borne disease. We know many restaurants uses old and used oil day after day and they also feeding old and junk food, It is very bad for liver. But Nothing to do thousands of students and people also take every day that kind of food. In fact I also facing this problem. Although this problem is everywhere but some restaurants are exceptional. But it is very few. Study say that the overall dietary quality for restaurant meals specially fast food, is lower when compared with meals cooked at home. When it is matter of health and hygiene is one of the major things which devotes to healthy food. At first we have to practice to do making food of home. If we have opportunity there are too much advantage here firstly we can take safe food, secondly we can save money. Restaurant food is costly more than its quality. Anyway if restaurants owner and employees maintain some rules than customers can take food without any hesitation and it will be profitable and good will for restaurant. Restaurants should maintain these are follows: Clean kitchen, Proper washing, avoid cross contamination, store food appropriately and must use a good freight company. Beside this government should have to pay more attention about restaurant hygienic system. Already the government of India has appointed one agency the FSSAI and it is setting up regulatory frame work, enforcing regulations, monitoring complains, and imposing penalties for noncompliance. But restaurant owners and employees should follow government rules, not only these government should implements those of rules against any occurrence. Finally I want to say I encourage restaurant business because they are serving for people. But it should have people friendly and hygiene and safety must.
