I Like Summer Fruits

 I  just got my summer break few days ago  and now I am staying in my country. We have 2 vacations  in a year. One is winter  vacations, and another  one  is summer vacation. Winter vacation is not so long. But summer vacations is almost 2 months. We can say summer is  fruit season. But beside this summers are among the most sensitive seasons. During summers, the body gets dehydrated very quickly. We feel tired  and our energy levels can drop drastically. Impact of the global warming summer is also hot, and day by day it is getting extreme hot. What  i  am trying to write today I think most of all people have idea about this. Yes, I am writing about seasonal fruits. Specially  Today I will write about summers fruits. I told before summer is the hottest and brightest of the 4 temperate seasons, occurring after spring and before autumn. But in summer we can get some famous fruits. Summer fruits developed and mature in a warm climate. We can say in seasonal  summer fruits are lychees, mangoes, jack fruit, berries, water melons and guava. Jack fruit is the national fruit of Bangladesh.  In Bangladesh mangoes known as the king of fruits. Mangoes specially summer fruits in Bangladesh. The main mango growing regions are around Raj Shahi, Chapa Nawabganj and Dinajpur. There are so many varieties of mangoes and have unique names like  Fazlee,  Langda, Gopalbogh, Himsagar, Khirsapat, Ashwini etc. Each type of mango has a unique flavor and texture. But I can say the best mango varieties of this season are "Him Sagar", "Khirsapat", "Langda",. The "Him Sagar Mango" is very popular. It is originating in the modern day Bangladesh and state of west Bengal in India.  The climate in Bangladesh is the perfect for the cultivation of jack fruit. Jack fruit has a big nutritional value and it is not expensive also. So all kinds of people specially poor people can buy this easily. Anyway after that we can say the name of black berries. This fruit is super fruit. In summer, water melon is an absolute favorite  summer fruit, because that contains 92% water. But my favorite fruit is mango. We know fruit contain vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals. They also contain fiber. Fruit can help protect us against cancer, diabetics, and heart disease.

 Fruit is enrich with various kinds of vitamin. Fruit is also source of essential minerals, such as potassium and magnesium. So we should try to eat fruit.  Specially seasonal fruits.  Experts recommended that 25%-30% of your diet be made up of fruit. If it is possible than we should follow that.
