Field visit in Rurka Kalan

Last Friday 30th of August  we had to visit in Rourke Kalan.  Rourke Kalan is a village in the Tehsil Philla  Jalandhar, Punjab, India. We knew Rourke Kalan is famous of various things. Rourke Kalan village has higher literacy rate compared to Punjab. It is also a large village. As far constitution of India and Panchayat Raj Act, Rourke Kalan village is administrative by Sarpanch (Head of Village). Rourke Kalan is also famous of  it's crops. Wheat, Sugar Cane and others are famous here. Rourke Kalan's honey is very popular in India. They harvest high quality honey. We know India always facing effect of climate change but Rourke Kalan  still fighting those of  environmental barriers and  they also trying to  grow their  farming. Although in every year they have to face high temperature and floods. On the other hand when we went to visit Rourke Kalan we saw so many good project there. One of them is youth football club Rourke Kalan. It is a multidisciplinary and environmentally focused project in Rourke Kalan. We also knew about integrated climate- Resilient Multi- sports Project. We are amazed to see Shahid Bhagat Singh help Club. There is a Psychotherapy Center and rehabilitation Center for Special Children  and they take care very sincerely for those of Patients and Children. Their activities is really Majestic. After visiting we all had a time at Gurdwara. This Place was very peaceful. We were very hungry so we all took lunch. Authority of  Gurdwara's is very good. Their hospitality is great. I am very happy to see that kind of Gurdwara. We took so many photographs there. After passing some hour we came back our campus.
