Field visit to Talhan Village

 This October we visited another place that was Talhan Village. Talhan is a village in Jalandhar district, near the Jalandhar Cantonment, in Punjab, India. For field visit of Talhan village we went to visit an famous Gurdwara. The name of Gurdwara is  Talhan Shahib Ji. Gurdwara Talhan Shahib Ji is located in a small village on the outskirts of  Jalandhar named Talhan. It is really one of the unique places to visit in Jalandhar. So many people comes to visit this Gurdwara. Gurdwara Talhan Shahib Ji is also a holy and peaceful place. The people of Talhan construct a shrine (Samadhi) in Talhan. The Shirni was looked  after by the BABA Nihal Singh's associate, Harnam Singh. After Harnams singh death, the followers cremated him next to the BABA'S Samadhi. It is famous for its ancient monuments, bustling markets, and delectable cuisine. Field Visit in Hardopharala Village

Our another field visit was at October 18 2024 Hardopharala Village. We the students of B.A (Journalism & Mass Communication) 2nd year and some of our masters students had visited that place. Our department had arranged a microbus for our students. That day weather was very good. About Hardopharala I can say it is a medium size village located in Jallandhar.  And state name, Punjab, India. It is located 17 kilometer's from district headquarter Jalandhar and 140 Kilometer's from state capital Chandigarh. Hardopharala was established in 1973 and it is managed by the department of education. Hardopharala is famous in their school. The school consist of grades from 6 to 10. The school is co-educational and it doesn't have an attached pre-primary section. When we went to visit hardopharala village then we also visited  hardopharala's Punchayet office.  Gandhi Jayanti is a National Holiday in India celebrated annually on 2nd October to honor the birth of Mahatma Gandhi, one of the key leaders of the Independence movement and a pioneer of the philosophy and strategy of nonviolence. It is one of the three national holiday in India. Mahatma Gandhi Ji is affectionately known as Beppo, Gandhi is celebrated for his unwavering commitment to non-violence and his pivotal role in leading India's fight for independence from British Rule. Mahatma Gandhi adopted the policy of mass disobedience and non-violent resistance as weapons against the British Rule in India and followed a principle of Ahimsa (total Non-Violence). Gandhi's first achievement was in 1918 when he led the Champ Aran and Kheda agitations of Bihar and Gujarat. He also led Non-Cooperation Movement, Civil Disobedience Movement, Swaraj, and Quit-India movement against the British government. Olympic Participation in India

  We know the Olympic games are an International Sports festival, held every four years. The goal of the Olympic movement is to contribute to building a peaceful and better world by educating youth through sport practiced without discrimination of any kind and in the Olympic spirit, which requires mutual understanding with a spirit of friendship, solidarity and fair play. The history of the games goes back around 3,000 years, to the Peloponnese in Ancient Greek. 2024 Olympics was held in Paris, France. OK Now I am describing about Participants of India Olympic 2024. The Paris 2024 Olympics will mark a significant milestone for Indian Sports. At the Paris 2024 Olympics, 117 athlete made of the Indian Contingent in 16 sports disciplines, comprise of 70 man and 47 women. In my opinion it was largest Indian Representation. Field visit in Khatkar Kalan

It was really a great day for us. What I am writing about today, I am writing about a famous freedom fighter of  India. Yes, I am writing about great freedom fighter " Bhagat Singh". Our department of Journalism & Mass Communication  had visit Khachkar Kalan Village on 6th September 2024. Khachkar Kalan is a historical village which has got the honors of  being the village of the famous patriots and freedom fighters. Khachkar Village situated outside Banga Town in Shahid- Bhagat Singh Nagar district in the Indian State of the Punjab. I told Before this place is famous for  so many Patriots and freedom fighters, like Sardar-Kashan Singh, Sardar- Ajit Singh, Sardar-Saran Singh, and Shahee-E-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh.
